Serhii Bohachuk v Brandon Adams

In a rematch from 2021, Serhii Bohachuk aims to avenge a KO loss to Brandon Adams. After looking comfortably up and crusing to a points decision Adams delivered a sharp left hook disorientating Bohachuk and later delivering another one to stop the show. Bohachuk then 25, has since went on to win 8 (6 by KO) and lose 1 to the world class Vergil Ortiz. At the time of the fight Bohachuk was the first man to take Ortiz to a decision and a close one at that, 113-113, 114-112, 114-112 on the judges scorecard, a majority victory for Ortiz. At 30 years old now there’s no doubt Bohachuk has improved a ton and will be a diffennt force come fight night.

Adams, who has only been stopped once in his career to Apollo Thompson back in 2025, has in my opinion only stepped up to elite level once prior to the Bohachuk fight when losing 108-120 Unaimous decision to Jermall Charlo.

While you can’t write off Bohachuk coming for blood and a impressive 24 Ko’s in 26 wins, look for Adams to lose a points decision with the front foot pressure of Bohachuk too much to handle. Bohachuk will learn from previous errors and slow the output into the later rounds keeping a more solid defence this time round.
